This unique phenomenon will be best viewed from the Port Douglas area as the eclipse's path will travel over Port Douglas. The total solar eclipse occurs at 6:38am on 14 November 2012 (Queensland, Australia Time) so be sure to book at least 5 days to witness this amazing event.
